Delegate Badge

A name badge will be provided on the registration desk. Please wear your delegate badge at all times. All entrances to the conference and social events will be manned by ushers. Only ISPlasma2024/IC-PLANTS2024/APSPT-13 participants wearing an appropriate official delegate badge will be allowed to access the conference site and to attend the scientific and social programs.

Smoking Area

The smoking area is designated in Nagoya University, Higashiyama Campus.
The nearest designated area is close to Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering laboratory.

Pictures Prohibited

Recording and taking pictures of presentation slides or posters are prohibited at any session in the venue of ISPlasma2024/IC-PLANTS2024/APSPT-13.

Food

Due to the location of the conference venue, it is highly recommended that you have lunch in the university cafeteria. During the conference, only Hokubu cafeteria will be open from 10:30-15:00 from 4th to 7th March. (The Hokubu cafeteria is not open on Sunday, March 4th, so we recommend that those participating in the tutorial have lunch somewhere near Nagoya Daigaku subway Station before coming to Nagoya University. For snacks such as sandwiches, there is a convenience store (Family mart) at the base floor of IB building, which is also open on Sundays.
