• The poster session consists of the following four sessions:
  Poster Session 1 Tuesday, March 4, 16:00-17:30
  Poster Session 2 Wednesday, March 5, 16:00-17:30
• The board size is 90cm(W) + 210cm(H). Pushpins will be provided to put your poster.
• Printing services will not be available at the Venue.

• Each poster session is divided into two parts in order to provide ample space for attendees.
• Authors will be requested to be at their posters during the designated core time to facilitate discussion and answer questions from attendees.

[Set-up and removal of posters]

• The presenters can put/remove their posters according to the following schedule.
• All poster materials will be discarded if not removed from the boards by the designated removal time.
