The room type is single room only and its charge includes breakfast, tax and service charge.
*For those who wish to stay at hotel of B category, we will reserve a hotel room subject to confirmation.

Application method:

Please contact with us by e-mail (jff@diary.ocn.ne.jp) and let us know your preferable hotel of the above mentioned, check-in and -out date as well as your credit card information. The payment by credit card is preferable if you live overseas. Visa or Master Card is only acceptable. The credit card number, expiration and card holder’s name is also necessary. After we charge the total amount of accommodation fee, a hotel confirmation slip will be sent by e-mail. For domestic participants, the payment by bank remittance only is acceptable.

Cancellation policy:

The following cancellation fees will be deducted from the refunding amount.
*8 days before the first night stay: free of charge
*7 to 4 days before the first night stay: 30 % of daily room charge
* 3 to 1 days before the first night stay: 50 % of daily room charge
*check in day or not notice given: 100 % of daily room charge
