Speaker's Notes
To speakers giving an oral presentation
- Please bring your own PC for use in the presentation. There is no on-site PC for speakers to use.
- Please make sure that:
- The computer has a Mini D-sub15 pin external output terminal so that it can be connected to the PC projector.
- The resolution of the computer should be XGA or lower.
- The computer should be equipped with a power code suitable for a 100V, Type A (Japanese 2-pin) plug.
- Please check the compatibility of your PC with the projector before the presentation.
There is no room for the presentation test. For the check, please use the coffee break time or lunch time.
- Please put up your posters from 10:00 on the day of the presentation and take them down till the end of the presentation day.
The organizer will not be held liable for any poster that is mislaid.
- Poster board size is 1200mm wide by 2100mm high. Poster number will be provided by the organizer and be shown in a panel in the left upper corner (297mm wide by 210mm high). Accordingly, this area cannot be used by poster presenters.
- Pins for putting up posters will be provided by the organizer.
