The below is the application instructions for companies considering A) company sponsorship, B) advertisement publication, and/or C) Lunchon Seminar for ISPlasma2017 / IC-PLANTS2017.


General Application Instructions

1. Download the application form(s) shown below.


A. Company Sponsorship
B. Advertisement in Program Book
C. Lunchon Seminar

2. Fill out the form(s), and then submit the form(s) to the Conference Secretariat by email
   (isplasma2017@intergroup.co.jp) or fax (+81-52-581-5585).
3. An invoice will be sent from the Conference Secretariat after application process.



A. Company sponsorship (10,000 Yen / unit)

This sponsorship offers opportunities to post your company name (logo) before and during conference. Your company name (logo) will be posted…

  • In conference website as a sponsor company with linking your company’s website.
  • On the board shown during the conference Welcome Party / coffee break.
  • In the slideshow presented during the break at the main venue.


B. Advertisement in conference program book (50,000 Yen / page)

This sponsorship offers an opportunity to advertise your company and merchandise in conference program book. An applying company will be required to submit an A5-size manuscript of your advertisement after application process. No official template will be required. All advertisements are printed in monochrome and placed in appendix page.



C. Lunchon Seminar (200,000 Yen / Seminar)

This sponsorship offers an opportunity to provide a seminar (60 minutes) during a lunch break. A room and audiovisual equipment (microphones, screen and projector) will be provided for the seminar. The company applying to this sponsorship is required to prepare…


  • A lecturer or lecturers for the seminar.
  • Lunches. (Please ask the Conference Secretariat if a help needed.)
  • Advertisement for the seminar (only if needed. The provided advertisement will be printed in the conference program book.)
