Speaker's Notes

To Oral Presenters

  • Please bring your own PC for your presentation. The secretariat does not prepare PC for presentation.
  • Please make sure that:
    • your PC should have a Mini D-sub15 pin external output terminal to be connected to the PC projector,
    • the resolution of the PC should be XGA or lower,
    • your PC should be equipped with a power code suitable for a 100V, Type A (Japanese 2-pin) plug,
    • please contact the session chair and check the compatibility of your PC with the projector before your presentation starts,
    • there is no room for the presentation test. For your test, please use the coffee break time or lunch time.

For Poster Presenters

  • The poster session consists of the following two categories; "Poster Session A" and "Poster Session B".
  • Please make sure that you mount your poster during the following schedule. The poster board (H2100mm x W900mm) is set in the Student Hall. Please make sure that your poster fits the posting space shown below (H1600mm x W900mm). The secretariat shall provide push pins to mount your poster.

        Poster Session B: Tuesday, March 9th 9:00-12:00
  • Poster viewing time are scheduled as follows:
    Poster Session A: Monday, March 8th, 13:00-19:00
    Poster Session B: Tuesday, March 9th, 13:00 - Wednesday, March 10th, 14:30
  • Poster presenters are required to stand by their posters, and be ready for presentation and discussion during the following time:
    Odd number presenters
    Poster Session A, (A1): Monday, March 8th, 13:00-14:30
    Poster Session B (B1): Tuesday, March 9th, 13:00-14:30
    Even number presenters Poster Session A (A2): Monday, March 8th, 17:30-19:00 Poster Session B (B2): Wednesday, March 10th, 13:00-14:30
  • Poster removal should be completed during the following time:
    Poster Session A : Monday, March 8th, 19:00 afterwards
    Poster Session B : Wednesday, March 10th, 14:30 afterwards
    Unremoved posters shall be removed and disposed by the secretariat.

Paper Submittion for JJAP Special Issue
All presenters (oral and poster sessions) are asked to submit their full
paper presented at ISPlasma2010 to be included in the JJAP Special Issue.
Please visit the website, http://jjap.ipap.jp/special/ESubmissionSIssue.html
for submission.
When submitting their papers, please refer to their abstract code (ex. 8p-A05A).
Full paper submission is open from January 1, 2010 until April 30, 2010.
The review result will be announced around the end of October 2010.
*Notification of adoption result has been changed from June to October, due to the publication postponement.
