• The poster session consists of the following five sessions:
  Poster Session 1 Monday, March 6, 16:45-18:15
  Poster Session 2 Tuesday, March 7, 15:30-17:00
  Poster Session 3 Wednesday, March 8, 16:30-18:00
• The poster board is installed in the Poster Session Area. The posters will have a maximum height of 130 cm and a maximum width of 90 cm. The secretariat shall provide pushpins to put your poster.
• Printing service is not available in the Venue.

• Each poster session is divided into two parts in order to provide ample space for attendees.
• Authors are requested to be at their poster presentation during the given core time to promote discussion and to answer attendee questions.
