Entry Visa Application

According to notification from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan,

  • Foreign nationals are no longer required to complete prescribed applications in the Entrants, Returnees Follow-up System (ERFS) through the receiving organizations from October 11, 2022.
  • The measures which limits the new entry of foreign tourists to a package tour will be lifted.
  • Visa exemption arrangement will be resumed.

If you need to apply entry visa Japan, the secretariat will support to issue the related documents after you paid the registration fee.
