Delegate Badge

Please download the name badge from my page in the registration site. (https://isplasma.confit.atlas.jp/login) Please wear your delegate badge at all times. All entrances to the conference and social events will be manned by ushers. Only ISPlasma2025/IC-PLANTS2025 participants wearing an appropriate official delegate badge will be allowed to access the conference site and to attend the scientific and social programs.

No Smoking on Campus

Smoking is strictly prohibited in public places at Chubu University.

Pictures Prohibited

Recording and taking pictures of presentation slides or posters are prohibited at any session in the venue of ISPlasma2025/IC-PLANTS2025.

Food

Due to the conference venue's location, it is highly recommended that you have lunch at the university cafeteria. Please remember that the student cafeteria II is the only cafeteria that opens during the conference period (Mar. 3 to 7). The cafeteria is open from 10:00 - 14:00. Also, a convenience store (Seven Eleven) is on the first floor of the Campus Plaza, where you can buy some meals, such as sandwiches. The store is open from 8:30 - 17:00.
It is strongly recommended to have a lunch at a university cafeteria due to the conference location. Student Cafeteria II opens on Mar. 3 to Mar. 7.
A food ticket may be purchased at a vending machine located in a cafeteria. A food order will be completed when the ticket is given to a cook at a cafeteria counter. After meal is done, all the dishes need to be brought to the dish-return（食器返却）area.
