Japanese Journal of Applied Physics (JJAP) Special Issue for ISPlasma2024/IC-PLANTS2024/APSPT-13 will be published in November 2024.

The online manuscript submission site for the special issue has already been opened.

JJAP has been published by IOP Publishing on behalf of The Japan Society of Applied Physics. All the papers in the JJAP special issue for this conference will be free to download during 1 year from online publication.

All the authors presented at ISPlasma2024/IC-PLANTS2024/APSPT-13 are eligible to submit full paper to the JJAP Special Issue. The JJAP special Issue accepts original manuscripts related to the abstracts submitted to ISPlasma2024/IC-PLANTS2024/APSPT-13 as a "regular paper" in JJAP.
The standard JJAP review will be done on the submitted manuscripts.

• The submitted manuscript is recommended to have no less than 30 references in accordance with the guideline of the JJAP regular paper.
• The number of pages is not limited. The length of the submitted manuscript is better to be no less than 4 published pages.

Please enter your presentation number (e.g. 06pB05I, 06-P1-11) in ISPlasma2024/IC-PLANTS2024/APSPT-13 corresponding to your submitted paper.

Publication Charge
The authors are requested to pay a publication charge. The special rate of publication charge is applied to JJAP special issue for ISPlasma2024/IC-PLANTS2024/APSPT-13.
