As you know, new-type corona virus (COVID-19) issue in East Asia is now in severe situation. Considering the health of all ISPlasma participants, the ISPlasma2020 organizing committee decided to cancel all the conference events from 8th to 11th March.

The conference will be treated as follows.

• Presentation is considered as valid one if the abstract is accepted and the registration fee is paid properly.
• Due to an irregular situation of the conference, the ISPlasma office will re-open the on-line registration site till March 11th for participants who have not paid the fee yet.
  
• Registration fee is not refunded.　Banquet fee is refunded.
• Abstracts of participants will be delivered later to participants who have paid the fee properly.
• Special Issue of Japanese Journal of Applied Physics (JJAP) will be published as is decided. Participants whose presentations are valid are welcome to submit your manuscripts to JJAP.
